Some tips or advice please.I have recently bought a set of brass etched bikes from Shire Scenes. I've had a look through the index and cant find any thing on painting or weathering same. If anyone has already done any of these bicycles any tips or advice will be really useful.
Thanks in anticipation

Don't cut off the piece of brass at the bottom of the wheels, it's ideal for sticking into a tiny hole drilled in the "road" gives a bit more to grip.
On the subject of Shire Scenes, has anybody yet assembled the N gauge knife grinders barrow? I look at it about once a week, then chicken out and put it away again.
