Some of the index links aren't directly to outside sources, when that applies, instead they link back to the topic where the link originated. This is because there may be posts from other members in that topic that have a direct bearing on the information in the link. The plus part of the Index is that I am slowly going to link it to the very big index on Barchester to make this one thoroughly comprehensive.
