Has anyone bought the above - an exclusive to Rails of Sheffield ? From what I've read online, it appears to be quite a decent model visually but I wonder how well it performs ..............  If I'm the first to try it, then I'll post my thoughts once I receive said beastie which will shortly be at my daughter's awaiting my collection in about a month's time. My experience of having locomotives sent direct to France nowadays can result in some hefty additional costs - or a simple VAT free purchase - it seems to depend on the mood at the Douanes (Customs)............................  ____________________ 'Petermac |

It does look nice, doesn't it! Good to see some different models being produced nowadays, rather than yet another N2 or Jinty etc. Gordon |
