Evening all, I thought I would do something different and model a boxfile layout. The boxfile has been strengthened and brick card has been glued in place. A factory fire exit door has been fitted along with some pipe work. Sandpaper has been glued to replicate a road area for parking and access to a small scrap yard. The bottom left side of the layout will is fed by an extension piece of track so shunting can be carried out. As you can see I have made a wooden goods platform made from coffee stirrers and stained using coffee, which has worked really well although weathering will need completing. The platform backs onto a goods storage building. I still need to make some doors and and some more pipe work. I have uploaded a picture of my progress. ![]() ![]() ![]() ____________________ Happy Modelling Kev |
