Picked up this little beauty at a show yesterday. Hornby's new BR (ex-LMS) Horse Box in unlined Crimson livery. It also comes as an LMS version.

No, actually they are fixed Peter.  Nevertheless, the metal buffer heads look much better than plastic.

I do agree with you .......it is a delightful model......I bought the LMS variant

I guess you bought yours on the day of the Grand National which is rather appropriate:lol:

I hope to put mine to work as part of a Chester Race Week special
