30053 is a dinky little loco, as is the Well Tank but what is amazing, is the length of the tender on 30120. Imagine having to fetch the coal from the back of that beastie …….. :shock::shock:

The tender is form a Langley S15 kit, slightly over scale to fit over a Fleischmann drive; (I need more lining practice!)

GWR 0-4-2 Tank No 1420. This loco is probably going into the works this year for overhaul.

That's it for now. Going again next weekend weather permitting so should have some more.

Network Rail's Measurement HST. 'The Flying Banana'. It was heading up the line and probably came out from Laira. There must be something going on as the Ballast Tamper I saw the other day was also heading out of Plymouth about half an hour later.
