I was going to complete the top half later but I could leave it like this as though it’s being constructed. Not sure what to do?  
Ps. It’s the final building on the layout now.

If you don't finish the top floors, you should put some railings along the front. I know h&s does require much in your model world, but still.

That’s an idea Claus. I might leave it as it is for now and after I’ve looked at it for a week I’ll decide if I should build the remaining facade and sidewalls or keep it as a building in progress. 
I think it would look good either way.

Nice backscene but you can keep the tower block for me - horrible modern concrete brutalist structure.  Architects of that era had absolutely no taste ……………….:11evil_2:

Hi Peter. Thanks. I know what you’re mean about the tower blocks, it reminds me of one that was plonked at the end of our street in the 70’s.
