Woodland scenic realistic water
Hi everyone my water scene is made by using Woodland scenic realistic water left to dry the I applied the realistic water effects,when that dried out I dry brushed white acrylic paint on top of the waves.The water wheel and gates had extra effects added and heavy white paint applied. This was a very expensive way to achieve this scene there are cheaper ways of doing this.

My only comment is that the water above the wheel and sluice would have been flat calm - unless it's a windy day.
If you look at a weir, even on a fast flowing river, the water backed up by the weir is glass-smooth, except, as I say, when the surface is distrubed by wind.
It might be of course, that your scene is close to a waterfall and the river hasn't had time to calm down ……………:roll:
