I suppose individually, they're not big numbers - there's a "one", an "eight" and a "five".  It's when you run them together that the "little" seems slightly out of place - at least for Europeans !!!  We know there's loads of it in Oz (from the gold mines) :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Nevertheless,  nice looking buildings. :thumbs:thumbs

Yup!

At that rate you'd need a real mortgage to afford Jim's New Street buildings…………I wonder if the people who can afford them get as much enjoyment out of their 'modelling' as us tight-wads?
