Good afternoon, I thought I would share pictures of the Scalescenes  church, farmhouse I scaled down and built in 3mm/ft scale for the back  of my 4mm/ft OO gauge layout, and a row of terraced houses, shops and  cottages. Church windows were printed on transparent film through my  inkjet printer and I have installed lighting (no pics yet of it lit up).  Hope you like them.

Has anyone ever built a kit of anything without the "aaarrgghhhs!"  Getting the thing done despite all that is quite satisfying.  I remember just about falling out of my chair when I saw your church Allan.

My phone camera doesn't do a good job at night, but I managed to take a pic in poor lighting with the church lights on. Figures are Prieser 1:100 (TT). 

Not only congratulations, Ian on an absolutely incredible build, but for choosing the right figures to compliment it.


I've lost count of he times I've  seen such beautiful workmanship ruined by shapeless blobs of white metal monsters.Never could quite work out why people do it and are still quite happy to do so.

Very nice, they look great.  Very realistic.

Thank you both however i think credit should go to Scalescenes for making great kits which are versatile and easy to build!

Lovely  evocative work, very atmospheric.
