short lack of power
i have an onguard reverse loop module and a reverse loop with insult joiners at each end.when the loco enters the loop it stop as soon as it joins the loop connection i have to push the loco into the loop then it will carry on through and out of the loop
has anyone got any idea why the loco is stopping please

It seems as if your engine is picking up its power , from the FRONT wheel on one track ,
and the REAR wheel on the track . Therefore when the engine is straddling the insulated joiners ,
BOTH wheels are picking up the SAME polarity .ie both either positive , OR both negative.
When you push the engine forward, power is returned when the REAR wheel passes over the
insulated joiner, and both positive AND negative power are available.
