Excellent service.

I thought at the time that the postage was a bit steep but thought the figure might be adjusted before dispatch. However, that same day, I received a phone call apologising for the slight problem with the postage part of the website and a very satisfactory resolution was quickly reached.

I cannot fault the communication with this firm. I received emails at each stage of my order being placed, processed and dispatched, keeping me informed of the progress. I placed my order late on Thursday afternoon. The goods were delivered before 8am on Saturday. Excellent service!

The attitude of many of the Welsh based suppliers seems to be more customer orientated than their counterparts in other parts of the country . I have had a lot of dealings with Hippo Toys and Models , a large toy and model shop in Colwyn Bay over the past few weeks and they could not have been more helpfull either.

A refreshing change.

A smaller range than many shops but some extremely competitive prices.  Worth bookmarking for future reference.  Thank you Perry.

In my book, with online shopping, it's essential because there's so much competition for our trade that anyone who doesn't offer the level of service we expect, soon falls by the wayside.

When you're spending your own money, it's good to feel they care but service like that deserves some publicity Perry - it shows we also care. thumbs
