Tower Hobbies '100% Employee owned'

Having had problems [refusal] in getting one of the bigger U.S. suppliers to send a model to my brother-in-law for onward despatch to me using a UK bank credit card, and trouble using on-line U.S. order pages that would not accept direct French address formats, I was pleased last night to find Tower Hobbies, who, when I phoned them could not have been more helpful.
