I have been carrying on with the scenic work around the canal basin.  The woodyard buildings are now in their final places and lit.  Yard lamps are in.  So it is time to start using the PVA to create the water effect for the canal

I have now completed the creation of the 'water' for the canal basin and the canal using PVA.  The results are much better than I could have hoped

Time to start completing the scenic work at the branch terminus, and also finally solving the problem of fitting street lights in an area which, for a number of reasons, it has been difficult to fit.

I have been working to decorate the area yards of the two blocks of terraced houses while I am also fitting street lighting.  I have managed to find a source for some tin baths, which I think would have been in most of the yards albeit at 1:144 scale.  I've also started to build my Pullman rake and the newly acquired Pullman coaches make their debut in the running session.

I have now completed dressing the back yards of all the terraces.  The street lights have now all been wored and yu get to see the final result in the video. I also reveal a new project that I am presently planning.  The new Sonic Prairie has arrived and gets its first run.

I have been working on giving an area of the layout a makeover becuase I wasn't really happy with the work I had previously done.  I've also installed soem new yard lights in the depot and the woodyard by the canal basin.  I also have been giving further thought to a layout on which the run the Revolution Trains 1938 Tube stock model in due course.  The running session has the Sonic Models 56xx Class and Large Prairie double heading a coal train while a sound fitted Castle Class loco is pulling an express service.

In the last video I mentioned that I intend to build a the London Underground layout when the Revolution Trains 1938 stock arrives.  I have been experimenting with building a section of Code 40 track, which also required me to build a jig.  This is all based on a jig contained in th 2mm FS book 'Track: How it works and how to model it'.  I haven't decided yet whether I will use Code 40 for the visible part of the railway, or Code 55 inspection pits.  I have also been looking at what I need to do to by way of repair, refurbishment or development give a bit to the graveyard around the church at Grey Haven's and the area around it.  I ask a number questions to help me decide what to do.  Two sound fitted locos in the running session a LMS Ivatt 2MT, and a LMS 4MT

I have begun renovating the churchyard of St Eldar's church.  As you will see, the degree of renovation grew somewhat and I have also decided upon a feature to go within the churchyard.  I have acquired quite a few new gravestones etc which took quite a bit of painting as you will see
