a 2023 `quicky` layout that went mouldy
It`s been quite a while since i added anything to this site so I`m starting a new layout thread…….

It was mentioned to me that the lasercut material may have been contaminated before the kits were produced and the mould lay in wait……..
They could not be saved despite several attempts, so a new set of buildings have been made since then.
But first I had to attend to the shed…… which has now been insulated…

Thankyou Folks,
This summer I have been able to get a lot of this project moved forward using Intentio laser cut sheets and Laser Lines laser cut paving slabs.
This time I have made all buildings removeable which ,of course, means I have had to make them sort of `plug and socket`
the Station building was a challenge……..
…..but I`m pleased with the result………..

Yes I agree - the larger scale offers loads of scope for detailing.

Thanks folks!
yes, the track is hand built using a mix of Peco bullhead rail, twobolt rail chairs, ply sleepers and Peco point templates which are shorter in length than absolute scale plans.
