Best tool for cutting PCB

Hi All.    I had figured a way to make copper clad sleepers from PCB before, but, it was a bit rough around the edges.Would some kind modeller tell me the best tool for the job.   Best wishes Kevin

For cutting for sleepers out of PCB, I usually use a razor saw!  I have seen fellas using tinsnips but you risk fracturing the board itself! The cut with a razor saw will still need a bit of cleaning up but any saw work will.  You could use a paper guillotine but you may prematurely blunt the cutting edge of the blade.
