…but let's not forget David's brilliant photography!
All the best.
Allan.
You're right there Allan. Davids photography has been outstanding. David must do a fair bit of driving I imagine and it is all worth it ! I admire all David's hard work, photographing and publishing them here. Having a collection of great detail pics for each and everyone here to view or use as modelling inspiration is a credit to David.
Great pics David, keep them coming.
Cheers, Gary.

My trips recently have all been by rail rather than road - much the nicer way to travel.
If anybody has any requests of photos they would like, of whatever, let me know and I'll see if it's possible.
Cheers all

Ashburton is a garage now.Motor repairs.
Yes, and when I last went there, the mechanic in the old station didn't even know that once it was a station!
And I found an old rail chair in a bush ! (and an old unwanted pannier in the bush next to it - I should be so lucky!)

No I'm not a professional photographer - far from it. Modern cameras do all the hard work and it's easy to take lots of images now in these digital days.

David
