That's a good idea Doug but it may be that there won't be any 'trimming' at all if the poll continues as it is doing.

I agree Doug - it's a good idea and, even if no trimming takes place, as you say, it would indicate that there's nothing "constructive" in the post so, if the reader chooses to, he/she can just ignore the green posts. You may have noticed, I tend to use red italics to emphasise something so green for "nice" sounds good to me.

:doublethumb The banter is what makes things live! It would be a shame to lose this as life is too short to be serious all the time. It's all about fun and this forum has been great for that as well as learning together! I've just left a stuffy historical forum which wanted articles submitted for proof reading and comments before publication. Can't be doing! Life's too short! Why create work ? However ……

Che Sera!

 Mine not to reason why …….. I'll leave it to the blithe of spirit! :cheers

You as k for those over here and you'll get some very strange looks.  That's on the list Good Reasons to Keep Coming Home

Wonder if this post should be in green text? :hmm  Ah ….. stuff it.  If you want it in green put green goggles on or drink Absinthe :cheers

:shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock:          I think you're probably right Rick !!

Oh and absinthe also makes you go blind Max - or so they say.  It (genuine old Absinthe) was banned in France for many years - apparently it made you believe politicians didn't always tell the truth !!

(p.s. Also typed in green)

Now if any excuse is needed for cleaning, the above few posts are just that - I don't know, give them an inch & they will take a mile.

PS. I do like this comment:-

Give them a centimetre and they will take a kilometre just doesn't have the same meaning somehow.
