We set up a jig on a sheet of 20mm MDF using aluminium angle, had all the timber cut to size and glued them together in a sort of production line. Quite simple once we got going with two of us working. As I said earlier they use a quality 7mm ply and have not had any problems despite some pretty ordinary storage at times. thanks for the photos Sol.
