Everything you own that's connected with layouts, whether you use them or not. After all it had to be paid for at one time.

Yesterdays commercial exchange rate for the GB Pound to Australian $ was:

AUD Australia Dollars      0.4318943266

20,000  Australia Dollars = £ 8,637.88

Yesterdays commercial exchange rate for the GB Pound to Euros was:

EUR Euro                        0.7159004228

£ 8637.88 = 12,065.76 Euros

Yes, I am a sad B*****d who likes playing with numbers as well…

So far I have refrained from voting here, because I don't have a layout at all, YET.
Now, I've decided to post what I intend to spend (still won't vote).
After going to several shops around my location, I felt I would need to spend somewhere around 2000 to 2500 dollars. So I guess that would place me in the largest group to date.
The money is burning a hole in my pocket, can't wait to get started.

Hi Wayne

If you are in the largest group with a proposed spend of $ 20,000 to $ 25,000 I hope you are negotiating a discount with the store

Hi Bryan,

I think you need to knock a zero off. If he was spending that much he'd probably take over the store

Silly me I assumed Wayne had left a 0 off not me adding one..

After all $ 20,000 Australian is approximately $ 17,500 USA

Hey slow down guys. While maybe I would like to spend that kind of money, the one who must be obeyed would …… well would probably do whatever your's would.
By the largest group, I meant the largest size of group, not the most money :(  :(
Guess I should have placed a comma in there somewhere. ie: 2,000 to 2,500

Perhaps it would have been more accurate to have said  "Don't I feel more sillier than usual this morning"… …..

When I voted on this I initially took a punt on how much I spent.  I then started writing down my locos and how much they cost.  I'm not even halfway through the locos and I'm well over $10K.  Add to this an ECoS, lots of coaches and wagons, lots of digital decoders and modules, wood for baseboards, stacks of scenic stuff, buildings, people, boats, tools, I'm in quite serious danger of coming over the $20K mark.  My wife will kill me if she finds out!
