Easy to use for linneside buildings

I build Scalescenes kits in 7mm (easy to blow them up on the printer).  If I was to use the regular where the kit calls for "Heavy Card" (2mm thick in 4mm) I need 3mm card.  I have used it but it is the devil to cut.  Instead I use foamboard.  It is 5mm thick but works just fine.  The art store I go to has had 3mm thick foamboard in the past but I haven't seen it for a long time.  The 5mm stuff should be readily available at office supply stores and even Walmart.
