Not that I'm particularly a fan, but England do seem to be doing quite well.
Will they emulate the England cricket team ?

It was SA taking the laurels in 2007 and overall, they've beaten us 3 to 1.
However, nobody gave England a chance against the All Blacks …………………………… :hmm

Yes indeed - that will be interesting this time around.
It was SA taking the laurels in 2007 and overall, they've beaten us 3 to 1.
However, nobody gave England a chance against the All Blacks …………………………… :hmm
Some of us did……..but didnt have the nerve to make overly optimistic predictions!
The time difference means the games take place in the middle of the night here. On Saturday morning when I got up I avoided looking at the laptop or Ipad……and, in an abundance of caution, had the temerity to "suggest" to Doreen that she turned off the radio…..in the unlikely event that the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation might reveal the result.
For the next hour and a half I was in agony…….pacing back and forth in joy, doubt and at 79.5 minutes certainty! Meantime the dogs, overawed by this unusual behaviour, cowered behind the sofa
Now they and I can look forward to next Saturday with equal trepidation.
The most recent (2018) record between England and SA is actually 2-2…….but I have this horrible nagging doubt that England may have emptied the tank and the Springboks still have something in reserve…..
I just hope there is no sign of one of these…. :Red Card
Excited in Vancouver!

Bets of luck to Wales on Friday facing New Zealand.
Got a feeling a lot of people won't be doing their normal Saturday morning shop, this coming week-end.

I will be in UK by then so will watch it on "home ground" when everything will be very firmly crossed !! As you say Michael, it could be a brilliant match or ditchwater ……………….
Somehow, having got this far, I suspect England may well be thoroughly fired up. 2-2 you say John - just a year ago eh ? ………………………… That's going in the right direction considering an overall situation of 15 - 25 against ………

I think Sth Africa are the team to beat now, however good luck to the England team, they played well, and deserved the hard fought for win over the All Blacks.
