All I found was this little pack, picked up years ago in a mixed box of Odd and Ends. Someone obviously spent some conciderable time carefully cutting these signs out from a sheet and glueing them to old matchsticks or cocktail sticks. No idea of the Origin !
Good luck with the Hunt :thumbs

Warmest wishes,

At 6'4'', Bill is a tall chap, then again, when horizontal he is rather long and people often used to trip over him! . . . and so a nickname was born :)

Best wishes from here too. I managed to go down with a severe bout of gastro which cancelled Christmas entirely. During recovery the dehydration which that caused set off my gout which is only just beginning to ease. Not the best of Christmas - New Year holidays and nothing to do with the wretched virus. Please excue lack of responses, I went down with a stinking cold, plus recovering from a cystoscopy and a prostate examination. Deffo not recommended!

John Dew has provided the same answer as I would have. Probably your best bet.
