Australia Post not troubled by rising fuel costs it seems
I'm expecting a delivery and just got this update from Australia Post. Melbourites will get it but for everyone else:In reverse order from the bottom: It came in from Sydney to Sunshine West yesterday morning, a distribution Ctr located well west of central Melbourne, then began it's fantastic journey around our fair city.
Sunshine West to Melbourne North - good start Eastwards- now just 25km to go
Melbourne North to Ferntree Gully - well not so good, overshot by 20km or so and aimed rather to the SE of us!
Ferntree Gully to Somerton - gaining momentum now, another overshoot this time to 35km NW of us, probably going right past us during the night
Somerton to Croydon South - pretty much reversing the last leg but not quite as far East this time, still left with a good 20km or so to go
Ahhhh! It's on board now, might actually get here today

I wouldn't hold your breath Colin !!!
It arrived in full and safely at 4pm
PS it's not railway related, more grape! And I see a photo of Matilda's travels has by pure "coincidence" popped up as a feature in the Site surround area! I suspect I know who's been up to that

Everything but, it seems :roll:Did they put it on Puffing Billy?
Then I was reminded of this Maths concept, certainly makes sense for the routing my package
In mathematics, "a random walk" is a random process that describes a path that consists of a succession of random steps on some mathematical space. An elementary example of a random walk is the random walk on the integer number line which starts at 0, and at each step moves +1 or −1 with equal probability. source: Wikipedia
