A colour reference!

I have bought the Bullnose Morris from PD Marsh and whilst trying find out about what colours were used came across this pathe news footage. Not strictly railway but a good reference. As you can see things had moved on from the "any colour as long as its black" days!

Just a few options for you here

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=bullnose+morris&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=whWOUbvOI8HjPIKLgMAJ&ved=0CEAQsAQ&biw=1464&bih=720

I find Google images to be sometimes very useful, as in this case, but somewhat frustrating at other times.

I notice in these images that some have the spare wheel on the back, others have it at the front of the running board, a petrol can is also prominent in a few different positions on the running boards. Elfin Softy would have had a field day!

Thanks Mike and Glen, these are great old cars. Wonder how many left. Looking forward to putting this little model in an appropriate setting.
