Not sure where to post this, so could the Mods move it if necessary?

I'm in the process of building the whole of the Cardi-Bach (Whitland to Cardigan) line in N gauge for our Museum. The intention is to just have a single line operation, with all the loops and sidings just to be representational. For this I need a lot of points. Have any members got any scrap inoperable points I could use?
I would be happy to pay a nominal amount plus postage.
Many thanks,
Shaun.

Wrong gauge I'm afraid Shaun - if you'd been doing it in "00",  I could have helped.

I thought you were a dyed-in-the-wool 3mm scale man ……… :hmm

I MIGHT have one or possibly two, ill see if I can remember where they might be, if they still exist. Meanwhile I'll sticky this to the top for now  :thumbs. Do you need any track ? Possibly a couple of pieces that are redundant as well
Cheers

Gave up 3mm 6 years ago Peter - we switched to N gauge to build Crymmych Arms, then onto 009 to do Teifi Gorge, O gauge for an on-going project, and now back to N for the new C-B display… Still help out a friend up in the hills who has two massive (24' X 8') 3mm layouts!

Strangely so far avoided 00!

Thanks Matt - OK for track, but really need old points…

Shaun.

I can probably find quite a few, if you PM an address I'll get them packed and try to find a PO open, all the small local ones seem to have closed.

Cheers MIKE

Many thanks to Matt (Barchester) and Mike (Dorsetmike) for their kind response in sending me a bunch of old N gauge points. Neither of these gentlemen would take any remuneration, so a cheque is on its way to the Talyllyn Narrow gauge railway instead.
We are still looking for a few more left-hand points, so if anyone has old inoperable/ damaged ones they would be gratefully received!

Thanks again to Matt and Mike.
Diolch, and hwyl fawr,
Shaun

Your more than welcome Shaun, Just glad they could come in to the light and be of use to a good cause rather than gathering dust in a drawer
Cheers
