Lichfield City station. As you can see the main station building is a fairly substantial affair, whereas the platform buildings are all timber. The curved ends to the platform buildings makes for a little more visual interest.

A lot of colour on the platform building ! Black canopy supports with lime green band, light blue and pink (maybe weathered red) canopy roof support frame, cream platform building picked out with dark blue skirting, columns and architraves above the black doors, windows picked out in white and that mid green strip above ! I don't think I have that many colours in my Humbrol collection !

Nice pics once again.

Cheers, Gary.

I suppose it would be a good prototypical justification for anyone wanting to have varied paint schemes on a layout!
The black and lime green highlights are down to London Midland, the current operator. The canopy colours look like they are a faded relic of BR days. I'm not sure about the other colours but no doubt someone will be able to tell us.
