This is the original station at Bute Road in Cardiff, now sadly in a state of disrepair having been given a makeover a few years ago. The new Cardiff Bay station is a short distance away and it's hard to see why they didn't retain the original station and find a use for the building (it's Grade II listed).

The new Bay station is a few yards away behind where I took this photo from.

If it's Grade II Listed, can't 'they' be forced to return it to a reasonable state of repair?

You would like to think so but unfortunately it often seems not to be the case. I'm surprised in this case as it is just round the corner from the Welsh Assembly buildings and it doesn't create a good impression to visitors arriving by the Bay shuttle train.
