Latest model from Scalescenes

John's latest model has slipped in rather quietly.  Rather nice model of Staverton Station and Goods Shed on the GWR.

Here's the link:

Regarding Scalescenes kit for Staverton Station, the March edition of Model Rail contains a review of a laser-cut kit for Staverton signal-box (not Scalescenes).  Also, according to the same review, Wills also make a plastic kit for the same signal-box.  Combine one of these kits with the Scalescenes kit of the station building and goods shed, and you have the makings of a small GWR station, possibly suitable for a micro-layout project.

I have purchased this new kit from John and it will be used to replace the existing buildings at Watchit which in turn will go to the main station of Tawnton but the building of  will have to wait until planned extensions to parts of the layout are done.

That's a good suggestion, Terry. Now all the putative Stavertonner needs is some track plans, but from memory there wasn't a lot there when I last visited. Was it bigger/more complicated in earlier years?
