Hello all I'm having a bit of a clean out and I have this rake of ten carriages I'm letting go. Anyone interested in making an offer. Thanks

At 6'4'', Bill is a tall chap, then again, when horizontal he is rather long and people often used to trip over him! . . . and so a nickname was born :)

Problem is that these are the ones with colored plastic "teak", the later offerings are much better. The LNER modelers I know keep clear of them.
That said, they make good resources for bashing, repainting, line side bodies, house backs, sheds, camping coaches, freight wagons, full brakes, engineers coach, cafes, derilicts, hay stores on concrete blocks, preservation railway rusting hulks…

There are (was?) villages along the ECML that have old railway coaches used for the basis of holiday homes/cottages/cabins. Found some:

And this one:

Real re-purposing. You have a potential village there! "Coaches End". Don't forget the pub.

When all said and done, by far the most visual impact with Gresley's LNER coaches was the teak finish (and maybe the classic "wavey" bogies but they're easy to reproduce).
I model LNER (ish……….) but wouldn't buy that era of coach model. They are much better than the even older "gold/brown" models but nowhere near as good as the latest ones.
Asking for offers might upset you - far better for you to put your price on them and see what happens.
There's an old addage - "one can't be both a buyer and a seller" ………………………
