Outstanding piece of film, Dave.  I really enjoyed that.  Clearly a powerful piece of British Transport propaganda though.  The contrasting images between the late steam engines and the new electric fleets…  The first one that I noticed was the elderly steam engine driver giving way to the young diesel/electric driver.  New age, etc.
