2013 MROL Poll results revealed

If you are interested in what other Model Railway On-line polls are upto, check out these results from 2013 MROL (Model Railway On-Line) Poll. : http://www.mrol.com.au/Posts.aspx?P=53582C23375C57582C2020253745582C2329272328293745415F2C3C203741582C21375C5C2C213741415F2C20

The SR modellers will be happy!  Whether these polls have a flow on effect to the major manufacturers for production runs, is another question…

Cheers, Gary.

Interesting reading Gary - particularly the 'age group' results.
Seems it's definitely a wrinklies hobby…

I notice quite a few of the items in the 2mm/N gauge top twenty are already announced  and some others mentioned elsewhere are already available from Union Mills, 2 of them have been for 2 or 3 years even.

Cheers MIKE

the British rail steam era is really over modeled, 8 out of the top ten are all in this era, I must really be in a minority with my modeling interest at 28/41 and my age group at number 7/9. at least my 'wheel standard' is number one

Kind Regards

Hmm, I like to refer to them as character lines ?

The Poll does show a large preponderance of let us say the more mature age groups?

Derek
