What about putting members names in this section. It's then more personal when posting instead of using their username. I always did this when adding a new member.

Names are now on Profile pages.

Thanks Jay but I've noticed,the newest member for example doesn't have their name or location mentioned,is this not a required field when registering?.

It's not currently Alan. I've had a quick look but not been able to see a way to mandate it. If I can find it I'll turn it on.
