First time for the new Camera.

I was pleased with the output of the Camcorder on the first time of use.
It was a very dull day coupled with the fact I didn't know if I was taking a picture of my nose or something!

Here is a trolley used to carry wood into a Country House - that's what I call Narrow Gauge!

A slate-cutting workshop.

 …and another:

A well protected Bellows.

Interesting old belfry.

Not Narrow Gauge of themselves but doubtless Bob will move them to the correct library.
Narrow Gauge reference pics coming up.

Chimneys at dusk.

Crossing Signal.

Control Boxes.

Check rail(?) I quite like the arrangement of chestnut stakes to prevent people walking onto the line.
Good weathering reference too.

'Vale of Ffestiniog'. One of those things that runs on oil I think.

A peep at a proper loco:

Servicing one-stop shop.

… and one for the yachties!

All pics. are mine but use them as you like - if you sell them for a lot of money, remember me in your will.

Thanks, Max.
They look great (to me) in full resolution on the HD TV.

You seem to have grasped the new camera controls well enough DD. :thumbs

Is that "oil thingie" narrow gauge too ?

p.s. I've put a codicil in my will along the lines of "my collection of masterpiece Welsh slate mine and bellow photographs to DD at YMR" - will that do ?

In other news, I am off for two weeks on 5th October to, what sounds like a wine drinker's paradise, Cap de Formentor in Mallorca.
A comfortable aircraft seat this time.

Plenty of reference to get for members.
The Island has main line, narrow gauge and tube.

If anyone has been there I'd be pleased for any info.
I caught a boat from there once but I've not seen any more than the capital.
