Its a horse cut out I think its a prototypical feature of the real place.

The horse is a real feature on Birmingham New Street Station. 

It's made of sheet metal.

The horse is one of 12 by sculptor Kevin Atherton erected in 1987.  This sets the date of the layout as much as the predator poster on the bus stop or the WM Travel logos on the buses!

Enjoyed the videos, I wish I was there, maybe next time.  Great to see the modules working as well as they did.  Glad everybody had fun at the show
