Have you tried this Ron? I keep meaning to create a proper track plan for Granby.......it would probably make the current phase of my thread easier to follow

I am not certain I ever had planning days......my seat of the pants style sure adds variety and surprises to my modelling

it is fun,and dead easy to use, I am still trying it out but so far very straight forward,the big plus is it has most of the makers tracks built in,just pick the one you want and start laying track.

I have used scarm and found that what i wanted to do " freehand" i Could not so I turned to the scarm program set it to peco 00 track and using the set track and streamline icons found I could draw a track plan of my layout Southall.

i forgot i posted this here.i've just repeated it on your layout thread.in answer to your question yes i think you can,it's a long time since i used it.i know you can put a turntable in,see your plan in 3D,rotate.it's very good for a free program.

I have looked through the index of available gauges and I regret to say that for 4mm modellers this is a fine scale/EM/P4 fail.

Unless anyone out there knows better!
