Hmmm… I orderd a few DVD's the same day I posted this thread/notification of their sale (28/12/14). I have just received an email this morning saying, "we have run out of the dvds you ordered…" The best they can do is either a refund or send me, what I would call 'blank' dvds, with no cover, no nothing, just the original content on an unprinted disk and no dvd case…

Hmmm. What would you do ?

Ok, I understand it was a sale, but it is now 15 days after I placed my order with them and I would have to wait another 3 weeks before they are ready, then another week or so before I receive them… :roll:

Disappointing but I'd go along with Sol and get a refund.  If it's the organisation I'm thinking, they did some good videos.  Shame they've packed up - or are they just having a "clear out" ? :roll::roll::roll:.

The problem with "online" sales is that the minute they post, the whole world sees it.  If they have 100 DVD's to sell, they get 100 orders in the time it takes to fill in the order form. :???:
