Hi all….just browsing metcalfe section,built various kits…like the engine shed  in particular,substantial in it's construction…:doublethumb:doublethumbFrom an old post , weathering these kits was a query. I find a lead pencil to be very versatile in this area………hope this helps       John.

Another way is to use pastels, scape some off a stick ( different colours) and then using a soft brush rub them onto the card, also use a very close colour the hide the corners, ie match the brick or stonework.
