industrial building
Hi thereQuestion about metcalfe Industrial building (the one with the blue doors). Bought one about two years ago and liked its potential to add similar kits. Really enjoyed assembling it…..Robert,you have one on Barchester?..first class layout:cool: Do you have a problem with damp or condensation in Spain in relation to your layout?….I digress:roll:. My point being,I cant find an outlet selling these kits…….are they discontinued?

Select Metcalfe from the brand list on the left and all the current kits are listed (and in stock). When he comes on, Chris will be able to give you a link directly to the correct page.

I get damp and humidity in the railway room in the winter and 40+C in high summer and so far no affect on any of the Metcalfe kits. They are not subject to direct sunlight though. as the windows are frosted glass.
If you become really keen on the Metcalfe kits then it will pay you to get on their mailing list.

Metcalfe are slowly working through their older kits (the ones originally number PO20x / PO21x) and replacing them with higher quality models in the PO22x / PO23x etc series.

PO208 Metcalfe Half Relief Single Storey Factory
PO207 Metcalfe Half Relief Warehouse.
With those reference numbers you may find someone who still has old stock by googling them if that helps?

Anyway, will persevere with my search. Thanks for your input.
Hope your are enjoying a mild start to autumn. Its turned very cold here and the days are drawing in very noticeably now. The shops are preparing for Halloween - guess the summer is over - can always hope for an Indian Summer I suppose!
Regards
John.

This is also discontinued. Beware that anyone still advertising it but not actually having it in stock will not be able to get them as they sold out a long time ago.
