How to source the bits to make something similar to this

Many of the bits can be sourced from Scalelink cast items, like chimney pots, bay windows, dormers, porches etc, the following page is for N gauge, other gauges on the Scalelink site

Tester emulsion pots in appropriate colours make a rapid change from brick to render….Jus' finkin' laterally with regard to excessive  expenditure of  SLW tokens?

I've used the tester pots emulsion on stone embossed pasticard, pebble and dove grey mixed give a good Purbeck stone; I apply it with a 4" roller. On tile embossed sheet I've used grey or red primer.
