Small station on the Devan & Summersett
If I did not have operating sesions, then problems like I found would not occur & so more scenery could be done - win some, lose some !

to keep with the style of railway buildings, not only will the station building be re-done in Ashlar stone as compared to red brick, even the signal box got a make over.
About 15 years old- made by my mate, took this home Monday & brought it back last night with a new base,

The following picture shows the revamped trackwork prior painting etc. The middle track is now the head shunt - big enough for a diesel & three 4 wheelers. The point solenoids operate via Masterswitch & slide switches which can been seen at the left hand side of the goods platform.

(I don't want to spoil your day but I think there is an outbreak of something serious in your cattle pen).

Cattle are still sleeping on the job though.
It was fun curving the platform which started out in life as a straight platform - cut it into sections, glued to 3mm board & previous stone paper wall replaced with Random Ashlar stone to match goods shed. Surface will be redone when I work out the footprint required for the new station building.

Something is definitely wrong, mate :It's a no no - the "Devan & Zimmer-frame" :Red Card Lay-out is looking "better-than-ever" - :hmm has Max taken-over the modelling? Very impressive, mate, - there might be a herd of Elephants on their way, :doublethumb
Kind regards,

I use a stone based ballast, spray with "wet" water ( water with a drop of detergent) & then dribble a mix roughly 50/50 of PVA & water. So the next photo later this week will, hopefully show it ballasted.
