majority of trackside signals are installed - the 3 on the RHS will be a gantry set of signals spanning the 3 tracks

Signals are interlocked, for instance ifI set the Tawnton to or from signals, then I cannot set the Watchit or Charde/Durston set   and if I set either the Watchit and or Charde/Durston, then I cannot set the Tawnton.
Once I set a signal to green and a train goes past the signal, it automatically r4esets to red but I cannot send another train to follow straight away until the first train has cleared the block. A block is the distance between the signal at  each end.
 I was contemplating interlocking track power as well but decided it was complex enough. it took 15 Telecom relays to do all of the signals for that panel.

Did you consider installing any 3 aspect signals so a second train could follow after the first cautiously at yellow? Or did you find you would need a bigger switch, or was it too complex, or do you not simply have enough traffic to warrant installing a 3 aspect?
Just thought, I'd ask.

Ha, me too Queren, but I content myself with having the exact same rear lamp clusters on my trusty TR4. No red button though!
