At last

Just a few shot of the trees I,ve made

.

The foliace added.

Same tree different angle. (well we all have our better sides).

Two smaller trees.

The insulation will be removed from the bottom of the tree and some of the copper used for a planting spike whilst some will be painted and used as roots.

The four trees I have made have cost less than £1 each my only outlay being £3.85 for the Woodland Senics foliage.

Very nice Boz

You must be pleased with them, I really like the one on the left in the last image :thumbs

Remember to show us how they look when you have put them on the layout

I surely will, as soon as I ground cover completed, but in the mean time some kind soul has just given me a £6 bag of clumped foliage so I am in the middle of producing some more tree armatures so I can experiment with that.

Good looking trees.  :cheers

And no trace of "autumn" on the table either; there's clearly not a lot of leaf-fall from that foliage product!

Well thats not exactly a true picture of the debris, the trees were stood in a shallow box whilst I applied the foliage the resulting waste will be used as ground cover.

You will soon get used to where everything is John and the Indexes are a good start if you are looking for something specific. Not everything is covered by a heck of a long way but they can be helpful at times.
