Pluggable OO gauge yard lights

Hi All                At the weekend there was a OO layout, one of many:oops:?? but this one stood out from the rest??It was a D C C layout, but that was not it?? no, this layout had "L E D " Yard lights, but the special thing about these lights was that they had  Individual Sockets. Which obviously is very handy for "Portable Layouts". I asked the owner "Who was the maker" to which he replied"Viessmann", Today I phoned "Gaugemaster" and asked if they had any in stock?? silence:oops::???:?? The assistant did not know what I was talking about.                             can anyone please help                   all the best  Kevin

Have a look at layouts4u.  Not sure if they plug in,may need a small connector and a recessed tube to sit in.?  They do grain of wheat or LED.

Kevin's after lights he can unplug when the layout is packed away.  We've been talking via PM about it.

I suggested using a 2.5 mm audio jack/plug combo.

Hi Ron.   Thank you for your reply. I phoned ,"Gaugemaster" because when I googled "Viessmann ", (the company that the owner of the layout  recommended as a supplier) but when I spoke to the "Geek " on the phone and described what I wanted,he assured me that I would have to buy the plug and socket and wire it up myself .

Hi Rick.     You must be a very  lucky man? As I wrote  in my thread the geek  that I spoke to,on the phone,at ,Gaugemaster, did not either know or care what I wanted , but said something about magnets and two wires which have to be passed through the baseboard and connected??

Hi Rick               This is my "Second reply with Additional Information".  Now you may like these lights??  or not. They are quite tall, and have Four individual Lamp Shades, the lights I purchased are white, but there is not a ladder(I suppose one could be made if so desired??) But if you are a "Rivet Counter"?? you probably will not like them. But the one specification that I required is Pluggable and Yes they are pluggable. The lights are supplied by C R Signals.   all the best  Kevin
