Trying to load the paper towel on track cleaner

Hi All.  Apart from a few hiccups my new bodied LMS Track Cleaner works, but it is near impossible to load the paper J cloth type towel without flooding it . Would some kind Modeller please tell me where can I purchase a syringe to siphon off enough IPA without “Mouthful “ ???  Best wishes Kevin 

I would imagine Boots the chemist must sell syringes or pipettes locally or if you have a good craft shop they will sell them aswell , art supplies  shops also Kevin.

Think outside the box Kevin, go to B&M stores and look for the 100ml bottles they sell for decanting your holiday shampoo etc. You normaly get a pack of 4 and one of them is a pump action top,  these are ideal for decanting manageable amounts of IPA and other liquids and pump out small amounts      (this is what I use to decant IPA from a 5 ltr container)  You can also use the pump action containers that  hand washes come in but the amount these pump out is probably a bit heavy  The other option is a plant mister bottle from B&Q or your local garden centre

I have used a couple of methods. Decant some into the small spray bottles that have glasses cleaner. Or a large eye dropper.

I get mine from the local chemist. I think they are 3ml, so 'large' may be a comparative term. :-)

A local vets may also be able to sell you some useful plastic syringes, I have a few that I have hung onto after being given with the dogs medication

Hi Matt.  I visited my local B & M store today and purchased a set of the 100 ml bottles that you recommended, whilst there I looked for a basket liner, but, they only only came with the basket, which I didn’t need. The loose ones were wool and moss, unsuitable for scenery .   Best wishes Kevin 

You need to go to a garden centre Kevin for the basket liner. I bought a roll of the stuff last year for a tenner, which should do my layout, aided with the usual complimentary materials.

Err, they do sell a range of sizes, as one would expect!

Alternative uses for left over basket liner. . . 
1) fake chest hair

2) Itchy wig ?

2A )  false beard

3) shoe liner

4) rip it up and chuck it about the garden . . .

4A  Do 4 at night naked and it will confuse the heck out of the neighbours !

4B  Combine 1, 2, 2A and 4 with 4A to REALLY confuse the neighbours

Ok maybe not. . But the birds will find it useful for nesting material

5) line baskets ! Ok too obvious 

6). . . Come on guys help me out here !
