Have a look in the local Poundland. Amongst the food storage containers are some bacon or fish boxes. These are 27cm x 10cm x7cm. They are made of sturdy plastic with a cliplock lid. They won't take a Duchess or A4/A3 sized loco or large diesel but everything else seems ok. At a quid a throw that is cheap. Just add some thin foam or bubble wrap.
