I went to a swap meet on Saturday in Nottingham managed to get three 16 ton mineral wagons, two manline and one Hornby for a tenner!

I am now weathering them, using a technique seen on this very forum, with "watercolour pencils" and whilst being bleesed with many photographs of the outside of the wagons to work from I cannot find any shots of the internal state of these beasts, I realise that they would be in a poor state after carrying coal and being loaded and unloaded many times but I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of them either empty or partly empty

I guess I would put coal in.  But if you plan to have them empty, here's a pic:

There are hundreds of pictures of rolling stock on this site - well catalogued too.

Thanks for that John, all those pictures and only one with the detail I needed, but that will be well sufficient.

I will be loading them with coal but I want them to be removable loads !
