Rest in peace Bernard Cribbins

Bernard Cribbins, remembering the Hornby TV adverts and the floppy record which came with some train sets, and, of course, his roll in The Railway Children!
Also, I was a big fan of The Wombles as a child, and my kids have grown up watching Old Jack!

Not forgetting his singing Hole in the Ground and Right said Fred, and even some Carry On films.

Rest in peace Bernard Cribbins

Thanks for looking,

All the best,

Gordon

He was also very good in Doctor Who, proving himself to be a very fine actor.

Very sad that he has gone.

This was sad to hear. He was a great actor.  I had not put the two together that he was the hotel inspector in Fawlty Towers. Obvious now I know.
He stared in some great shows, as well as some for mentioned adverts!
