spotting and passing of timing information

Think this is the right place to put it, 
Is anyone else in the UK planning to catch 'the costwold venturer' steam tour?
just wondering because it could be beneficial to post here or PM, or text as the train passes there spotting location, I will be catching it at Kemble station and minety level crossing. so I could let someone spotting further on about what time it passes me and how late it could be.

Oh well, I'll try and give more warning next time, then maybe a few people might be able to put this plan in to action, but not all in vain.. here's a few pics
