This week 8-14th Aug

Look up to the sky this week when it's dark and you might see the best meteor shower of the decade!! There is no Moon to wash out the view and Wednesday night is the optimum time to look with expected 50+ per hour!
Good luck and let me know if you see any. I went outside for 10 mins tonight and saw 2 really bright meteors so it's started!!

Cheers

I had seen two 'falling stars', one on Wednesday night, and one on Thursday night. I thought that was strange seeing two in the western sky in a matter of 24-25 hours !

Cheers, Gary.

" I saw two shooting stars last night,

I wished on them, but they were only satellites,

It's wrong to wish on space hardware,

I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care "
